1. Digital Subscription Nature
RTS AI is a digital subscription service that provides instant access to software and features upon payment confirmation. Due to the digital nature of the service and instant access, a specific refund policy applies.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested in the following cases: duplicate payment for the same subscription, technical error on our side preventing full activation, or order cancellation before payment approval and license activation.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases: after license activation and software use, dissatisfaction with trading results, change of mind after purchase, violation of terms and conditions, or fraud attempts.
4. Duplicate Payment Handling
In case of unintentional duplicate payment, contact us immediately with proof of both payments. We will review the case and refund the excess amount within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.
5. Failed Activation Handling
If you cannot activate the license due to a technical error on our side, we will first work to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Review Timeframe
Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified of the result via email. If approved, the refund is processed within an additional 5-7 business days.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: 1) Open a support ticket from your dashboard selecting "Refund Request", 2) Provide payment proof and transaction ID, 3) Explain the reason for the refund request in detail, 4) Wait for support team response.
